On the Beach – Sand Drawing Celebration – Friday and Saturday

Drawing and cutting geometry in the sand has ancient roots and was a catalyst to increased human intelligence eons ago. Join Justin the Circler for the first Five Star Dealerships Sand & Sawdust Festival Sand Drawing Celebration. Watch as these sand drawers create geometric art and pictures that comes and goes with the tides.

The artists will be drawing all day and having to work around the high tides (Fri/10:30 and Sat/11:30). The viewing times are from 11am-3pm but take note of the high tides and try to come before or after to see the art. On Friday, Justin will hold a sand drawing class so everyone can learn to draw and join in the creativity and peace of sand drawing. You can find the sand drawing area by finding Justin’s gold Toyota truck with wind spinners on it and banner
